Shakeology - A Healthy Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1 scoop of Shakeology
- 1 cup fat free yogurt
- 1/2 cup blueberries and raspberries
In a blender, add 1 cup of fat free yogurt and one scoop of Shakeology. You can add a little fat free milk if you like for your desired texture. Don't be afraid to play with it...add whatever you want...make it your recipe!
Once blended...add the blueberries and rasberries
That's It! Simple, healthy and delicious!
